The event features visionary panels, deep-dive labs, and co-creation sprints that bring together tech pioneers, government agencies, universities, and civil society. It confronts dilemmas around AI bias, data colonization, digital public infrastructure, and open-source governance. The outcome of each Convergence includes a policy whitepaper and a shared digital innovation roadmap to guide responsible tech deployment across BRICS and allied countries.
