By promoting workforce training, upskilling initiatives, and progressive labor policies, this Council ensures businesses have access to skilled talent while enhancing employment opportunities for residents.

- Collaborate with Honorable Iqbal Singh Chahal, Commissioner of BMC, and local training centers to identify skill gaps and provide resources for workforce development.
State-Level Collaboration:
- Work with Honorable Officers of the National Capital Region Skill Development Mission (MSDM) and labor departments to enhance training opportunities and skilling initiatives.
Central-Level Representation:
- Engage with Honorable Dharmendra Pradhan, Minister of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, and Honorable Bhupender Yadav, Minister of Labor and Employment, to advocate for workforce programs and flexible labor policies.
