The Workforce Development and Skilling Council is dedicated to bridging skill gaps and empowering Global South Economic Forum (GSEF)’s workforce to meet the demands of emerging industries. By promoting workforce training, upskilling initiatives, and progressive labor policies, this Council ensures businesses have access to skilled talent while enhancing employment opportunities for residents.

State-Level Collaboration:
- Work with Honorable Officers of the Global South Skill Development Mission (MSDM) and labor departments to enhance training opportunities and skilling initiatives.
Central-Level Representation:
- Engage with Honorable Dharmendra Pradhan, Minister of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, and Honorable Bhupender Yadav, Minister of Labor and Employment, to advocate for workforce programs and flexible labor policies.
