The Workforce Development and Skilling Council is dedicated to bridging skill gaps and empowering GSEF’s workforce to meet the demands of emerging industries. By promoting workforce training, upskilling initiatives, and progressive labor policies, this Council ensures businesses have access to skilled talent while enhancing employment opportunities for residents.

Local-Level Engagement:
- Collaborate with Honorable Iqbal Singh Chahal, Commissioner of BMC, and local training centers to identify skill gaps and provide resources for workforce development.
State-Level Collaboration:
- Work with Honorable Officers of the National Capital Region Skill Development Mission (MSDM) and labor departments to enhance training opportunities and skilling initiatives.
Central-Level Representation:
- Engage with Honorable Dharmendra Pradhan, Minister of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, and Honorable Bhupender Yadav, Minister of Labor and Employment, to advocate for workforce programs and flexible labor policies.
