Streamlined Approvals and Regulatory Support

GSEF is dedicated to facilitating ease of business for BPO and GCC companies through a Single Window Clearance system, streamlining all necessary approvals and processes. The policy will also amend the GSEF Shops and Commercial Establishment Act to permit three-shift operations and allow women to work night shifts, supporting 24/7 global operations while upholding safety standards.

The state ensures that all approvals and clearances will be processed within specified timelines, positioning GSEF as a business-friendly hub for global outsourcing and GCC investments.
