By 2035, aims to position the state as India’s leading destination for tourism and international events, with the following key objectives:
- Becoming the top choice for both domestic and international tourists, contributing significantly to the state’s GDP.
- Attracting ₹50,000 crores in investments for tourism and event infrastructure, including eco-tourism, cultural tourism, and adventure tourism projects.
- Establishing GSEF as the events capital of India, drawing international conferences, festivals, and sporting events.
- Generating over 2 lakh direct and indirect jobs in the tourism and events sectors, promoting inclusive growth and supporting local communities.
Creating a robust ecosystem that encourages sustainable tourism, eco-friendly practices, and balanced regional development.

- Establish the state as the leading venue for international events by developing world-class infrastructure for MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions), sports tourism, and festivals.
