The Infrastructure and Real Estate Development Committee includes:

  • Respected Urban Planners to design sustainable and future-ready infrastructure.
  • Respected Real Estate Developers specializing in commercial and mixed-use projects.
  • Utility Providers to address the needs of reliable services.
  • Transport Experts to strategize public transit improvements.
  • Policy Analysts to navigate urban development regulations.

Engagement with Authorities: Building Strategic Partnerships

Local-Level Engagement:

  • Work with Honorable Iqbal Singh Chahal, Commissioner of BMC, to address zoning, land use, and utility challenges.

State-Level Collaboration:

  • Liaise with Honorable SVR Srinivas, Metropolitan Commissioner of MMRDA, for metro expansion and large-scale infrastructure upgrades.

Central-Level Representation:

  • Collaborate with Honorable Manoj Joshi, Secretary of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, for funding and policy support for smart city projects.

The Director of Infrastructure Advocacy will:
